Vinyled Pumpkins

I don't have little ones around anymore to carve pumpkins so I vinyled mine.

I used 2 different true type fonts and my SCAL program to create the files to cut on my Cricut.

I didn't make them "Halloweeny", as I want them to stay out through Thanksgiving.

These weren't the easiest things to put vinyl on. The bumps and curves were a bit hard to work around.

At IEC I had the pleasue of meeting Larisa Bland owner of Piece in the Hoop
I used her Wonky Blocks set to perfectly create the block around my spider design
It was so simple to do!

Home Again!

I was away last week at IEC. It was a fun time.

I taught my first classes ever. I was a bit nervous going into it, but everything turned out fine :)

They are a great group of women.

Toilet Paper Pumpkins

I saw these on a sewing group and thought they were adorable.
They're so quick to make.
1 roll of tp
1 orange print fat quarter
1 short branch
Leaves from some old silk flowers
Pipe cleaners

They best part is the fat quarter and tp are usable when your finished displaying your pumpkins!

Turkey Legs Towel

I've created another Towel Leg design :)
My Turkey Legs Towel will look great hanging around the kitchen through Thanksgiving.

My Trickiest Embroidery Project to date

I ♥ how this onesie looks! If I only had a baby to put in it.

I used my new Rib Cage Appliquedesign on this black onesie I got from All About Blanks. It's soooo soft.

I put the design on a 6~12 month size and I'll admit it was tricky, but obivously do-able.

I only wish I could have found my glow-in-the-dark thread.

Monogrammed Pins

Here's a recent order I received for some monogrammed pins.

The customer is going to put them in the goodie bags for her bridesmaids.

It's a dark purple fabric with light lime green lettering.

Fun applique designs for bibs, etc.
The Scarecrow & Snowman's bow ties and Santa's moustache & the Pumpkin's leaves are 'made in the hoop' soft face cloths to wipe baby's mouth.

These machine embroidery designs can be used without the face cloth too.

In my samples, I made bibs using a pattern from a large pattern company and lined them with soft minkee dot.
They turned out so cute!

New! Chapstick Credit Card Wallet * In the Hoop

I really like how my new 'In the Hoop' machine embroidery design turned out.

This Wallet can hold credit/debit/business cards, ID in the pockets. You can put a tube of Chapstick, lipstick, Tide To Go Mini Stick, Light Pen, etc in the center and paper money fits into a pocket on the back!

It closes with a stylish snap. Add a split ring and you have a handy key ring!
